# OSS-LABS

> OSS-LABS is an agentic AI platform that converts a single project description into a full software-delivery package — architecture analysis, sprint plan, system design, GitHub setup, cloud DevOps blueprint, and a live AI dev workspace — using a multi-agent CrewAI pipeline backed by Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI through a LiteLLM router with automatic fallback.

OSS-LABS is built for two audiences: solo founders and freelancers (especially Upwork / Freelancer.com contractors who already have a fixed tech stack and milestone contract) and engineering teams that want AI agents to commit daily PRs to their GitHub repos.

The product is a 7-step wizard. You describe a project once and the system runs six specialist AI agents (Architect, Frontend, Backend, Database, Cloud, Security) plus a Validation Agent. The output flows into Sprint Planning (with milestone clusters when in Upwork mode), Team Planning, GPU & Infra, GitHub Setup, Cloud-DevOps, and finally Project Init / Dev Workspace.
